Finding calm amongst the chaos.
I have been away because life has been living. The power of the Spring Equinox and the subsequent planetary alignments had dropped me into a space of letting go and allowing the Fire horse to take the reins.
It not only affected me but also the women who were also reading the book. After several stops and starts, I eventually gave in to the Mercury retrograde and let go of it.
Until the energy settles down, everyone is going into fight-or-flight mode.
So the Grounded Space aims to allow space to process the craziness of the work and offer some nervous system support.
